  1. In a circumstance that wrong address is indicated in the order and the package is delivered, Lenggong Valley Enterprise will not be liable for any replacement or refund. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been paid or delivered.
  2. In a circumstance that wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, Lenggong Valley Enterprise will not be liable for any replacement or refund. An additional cost will be charged by the courier in services for change of address for the undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address.

    Please be aware and thorough when you type in your official delivery address and double check before submitting. Reminder: we do not ship to P.O. Box or Parcel Lockers. 

 

  • Yes. A re-delivery charge will be put based on the actual rate of redelivery. Please contact our customer service for the exact re-delivery charges.
