Courier Charges 

Courier charges upon product manufacturer defect will be borne by Lenggong Valley Enterprise.Courier charges upon item made change due to customer change of mind will be borne by customer. 

Delivery 

Do expect to receive your parcel/s on working days only. 

• Minimum 3 to 5 working days within Peninsular Malaysia 
• Minimum 5 to 7 working days for Sabah & Sarawak 
• Minimum 7 to 10 working days for international deliveries 

 *Except for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. 

Do take into consideration that shipping may take up longer time during sale periods, holidays, extreme weather, heavy traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. 

We only deliver to official business and residential address to which order will be sent or shipped. 

Lenggong Valley Enterprise will not be liable for any orders lost made by courier in services or damaged made by recipient upon received. 

Any request for Authority to Leave without Signature will be at your own risk.
